We want to make sure your stay at Villa Dalmatia is as enjoyable as possible. To help avoid any misunderstandings, please review our house rules. By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow these rules in full. Villa Dalmatia reserves the right to end your stay early if the house rules are not respected.

 

• Check-in is from 16:30. If you plan to arrive later than 20:00, please inform us in advance to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements.
• Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure to allow us time to prepare the villas for the next guests.
• ID Check: All guests must provide a valid ID (passport or ID card) upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Board. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Occupancy Limits: Villa Dalmatia accommodates up to 6 people. Exceeding these limits is not permitted
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €500 in cash per house is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided no damages occur during your stay.
• Utilities and Linens: The rental price includes utilities, taxes, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels. Visitor Tax and Eco Tax is not included in price. Visitor and Eco Tax is 2,5 eur per person and day. Final Cleaning is 150 eur/per accommodation. Towels and linens are changed weekly.
• Parties and Events: Hosting parties or events is not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed outdoors.
• Furniture: Do not rearrange or relocate furniture without permission. Indoor furniture should not be used when wet or in wet swimwear.
